CLIMB UP THE WALL OF AMER

Most people have already heard about one of the renowned palaces in Jaipur Amber Palace, but what not many are acquainted with is The Wall of Amer. After climbing a few stairs (300-350 approx.) opposite to Amber Fort, near Stage Café, what you encounter cannot be put into words. A panoramic view of the city from a different angle altogether consisting of a flawless sight of the sunrise near Lake Palace! Also, now that it has rained, expect everything green and beautiful!

SAGAR LAKE

Pay a visit to the 17thcentury lake ‘Sagar’, which was once the primary source of water for the forts of Amber and Jaigarh and its people. The lake can be reached by car. Upon reaching, you can further explore it on foot. Visit Sagar for a calm and relaxed morning here.

PANNA MEENA KA KUND

Next in line is a beautiful thousand-year-old step well & rainwater catchment called Panna Meena Ka Kund. It is known for its picturesque symmetrical stairways. If you visit this place in the morning, you won’t find anyone else, which adds to the beauty of this place. There is also a temple – Jagat Shiromany – right next to this Kund. You can spend some quiet relaxed time here also!
